Seven Healty Tips of Staying Young and Looking Healthier
1. ) Drink a lot of fluids – stay away alcohol. Alcohol is the number one aging product out in the market. It makes you drunk, not that any one doesn’t know that, but by drinking, makes your skin look older because it holds as a dehydrator in your body.
2. ) Eat healthy – stay away from fast food restaraunts, pizza and take outs. – Having Chineese every day is not good for you. Try to have breakfast every morning. Nothing fansy, just maybe some eggs, or oatmeal. If you get hungry at work around 10 am, bring a box of oatmeal, mix 2 bags of oatmeal with hot water. And that’s your snack of the day.
3. ) Laugh! – Yes, laughter is the best medication. If your stressed out a lot, and have long hours at work and have a lot on your shoulder, well that are one of the reasons your loosing hair and or have gray hair. Maybe even wrinkles.
– Laughter keeps you younger. Gives you younger appearance and makes you happy. And it aleviates your depression. Or your sadness. Go to a comedy club, have some fun time at a concert or do your favorite hobby.
4. ) Sports – Take a walk in the morning. It’s good to breathe in some fresh air. What’s not good is to always breath poluted air. That’s what gives you asthma, and other illnesses. Unforunately, some people can’t get away from their busy schedules, and so they forget how to breathe evne.
5. ) Go on vacation – Take a week or two off from your stressfull busy life. Give it a break and enjoy your self. You might find the one and have a romantic endavour. Falling in love is also a healthy thing to do.
6. ) Sleep – Sleep should be the number one on this list. You should get between s
six- hours daily as an adult. Kids get at least 14 hours of sleep a day. Remember when your parents used to put you to bed super early, around 8 o’clock? They did that for a reason. And that’s a good thing. Sleep, is the only thing that keeps you awake, makes you think all day, and keeps you healthy.
7. ) Happiness – laughter and happiness are the very two important things in your life. Keep on smiling, it makes people happy. Even at most akward situations. Only because laughter is contagious. Just like hicupping. Or sneazing.
